Refund & Cancellation Policy

Axomtech Skill Education Council is committed to providing high-quality technical education. Please read our refund rules carefully before completing your purchase, as payment gateways require your explicit agreement to these terms.

1. Digital Products & Self-Paced Assets

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital products (such as Full Stack Code Notes, Resume Templates, and Video Series), all sales for digital products are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, a refund cannot be issued.

2. Live & Cohort Training

For our live cohorts (e.g., Web Development Foundations, Digital Marketing):

• Cancellations before start: You may request a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the official batch start date.
• Post-commencement: Once the batch has started, fees become non-refundable, as a seat has been reserved for you.

3. Franchise Registration Fees

Initial franchise registration and onboarding fees for opening an Axomtech computer institute are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process and portal access have been initiated.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
