This is a fully digital product delivered electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation, access credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. No physical goods are shipped.
Access is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning for as long as the Platform remains operational and the Course remains available. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Course content, provided that reasonable substitute value is maintained where possible.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner(s). We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers.
Promotional pricing (such as limited-time discounts) is offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice, except for orders already completed.

Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course for your own learning and business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the Course content or Bonuses in whole or in part without prior written permission.
Bonus materials, including any ready-made digital product bundles or templates, are provided "as is" for your convenience. Where third-party tools, platforms, or content are referenced within the Course (e.g. payment processors, website builders), we are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of those third-party services.
Any income examples, testimonials, or results shared on this website or within the Course are illustrative and not guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and consistency of implementation. We make no guarantee, express or implied, of specific income or business outcomes from taking this Course.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asomtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course or Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Course.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Darrang, Assam.
